Here are the steps to follow to return an item or order to us. Make sure you are viewing the correct section, depending on the reason for returning the item.

A. For a return or exchange of product

  1. First make sure that the item meets the conditions for returning items and that you will be able to return the item to us within 30 days following delivery of your order as indicated in our return and return policy. 'exchange.

Check that you have written the correct address on the package! We will not be able to exchange or refund if we do not receive the item.

    • A description of the damage.

  2. Wait for our email response before sending us the item. We will check the condition of the item to make sure it is covered by warranty.

  3. After our confirmation, pack the damaged item with all its parts in a padded envelope and post it to the following address:

  4. We will confirm receipt of the package to you by email and we will repair or replace the item. We will send it back to you free of charge afterwards.
